Process Credit Issues - Anyone?

Is anyone else seeing a sudden lag in the time it is taking to process credits out to paypal.

My expericance as outlined in the last ticket I submitted -

This is now the second process credit I have shown as being "in progress" for over 5 days. This one is at six days, another is at seven. I also have two others "in progress" one of them at two days and one of them at 3 days.
I called support a day ago about the one that is at seven days. The person I spoke with told me that process credits were now taking 7 business days instead of five. She however could not explain to me why the website still says they take five days. She then told me that the problem was with PayPal and not LL. I told her this had happened to me in the past, and that when the process credits had went beyond five days I had called support and they had been able to post the credits through on the spot. She basically told me I was lying saying that was impossible. She told me that there was nothing that could be done over the phone about the matter and that I would have to submit a ticket. I contacted PayPal, they are adament that there is no problem on their end, saying that LL simply has not sent the payments. I submitted a ticket that was sent back to me very shortly as closed/solved with the person telling me that process credits take 7 days including Sat and Sun, that Sat and Sun are not considered business days thank you..the end. That rather upset me because I know what a business day is and I know how to count, which the tone of the response I recived did not seem to belive about me. The fact that I already had one process credit outstanding at over 5 business days and one at 5 business days was not addressed at all, perhaps the person that atteneded to the ticket is the one that has problems counting. I reopened the ticket and nothing has been done with it since that time. I am now submitting this ticket for the other of the transactions that has gone over 5 business days. I did notice last night there seemed to be no delay whatsoever on the part of LL when it came time to collect my classified posting fees, nor was there any any delay in LL collecting those last week while at the same time search was down and no one could even see the ads I was being charged for. Come to think of it I have not ever seen a dealy on LL's part when it came time to collect my monthly membership or tier fees either. Seems there are no delays when it comes time for LL to collect $, there only seems to be problems when it is time for LL to pay $. I would hope this ticket resolves the issue with LL fixing whatever the problem is with the processing of credits as well as letting me know the reason for the holdup, why the person on the phone is apparently aware of policy changes that no one else is, and why the person that worked on my first ticket sent it back as resloved/fixed when they had not even bothered to address the issue in it.

Wondering if anyone else is seeing the same problems or have heard about this new 7 business day thing as the tickets I have submitted have apparently gone ignored.

I'm waiting on a process credit from a week ago, and this is much longer than the last few times. Ultimately though I'm not overly concerned; although for the past couple months they've been really fast, like usually later the same day, before that it was pretty routine to wait a week.

Done - thanks. Transfer took all of 1 1/2 min to hit paypal. Just wish I could get the $ LL is holding up right now back to send through there.

That will be my exclusive avenue for all future transfers.

You may call their billing department to cancel the process credit you initiated and then buy lindens to use that. you will lose money however.

I don't get it. How difficult can this be for LL to get going here? No one but them seems to have an issue with Paypal and getting money through. This should be automatic. Do they really even need someone to actually do this? I've been waiting for one since December 1st which is only 5 days but the past several months its been taking only a day at most.
