Today I have been sluggish, slow loading texture, items not attaching. purchases returned to the sim! I see nothing in the blog, so wonder if I am alone in my misery today.

Yes, LL has singled you out. It's a vast conspiracy. We're all rezzing fine at 1000 FPS, but we've all agreed not to tell you.

No! Not alone in misery! I have not been in a creative mood in weeks and finally today something strikes me and I set out to begin a day of building. Prims I decide I don't want won't delete...textures won't upload. Grrrrr.
And then, this is my fault, but it pissed me off too....My land is deeded to my group and I forgot to put my group tag on so everything I had built got autoreturned. Of course it wasn't linked yet, so i figured I'd have to spend time putting it back together...but no, instead, none of it was in my inventory at all. So I just get to start over.  |

I haven't logged in yet but that sounds typical of the weekend rush.
The blog no longer reports the outtages, etc. They hid those notices from the general public that reads the blog: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ Nothing there about issues yet though. _____________________

I can't rez anything at all right now. I logged off and back on to see if it would clear up and couldn't get back on right away. Now I'm on but can't rez anything and I'm bald
 The grid status report is something of a joke - no reported problems for the last two days. That certainly wasn't my experience. |

Same stuff, different day. No attachments, no rezzing, no TP's, (not that I plan to go anywhere as I'm bald, barefoot and shadowy). Decided to forget it, whine here and play Webkinz World instead.
I gave up on ever wearing a skirt again as they haven't rezzed for months. The skirt rezzer tech must be a guy. _____________________

edit: and a relog gets me a message that they've disabled logins. |

I think it might be possible to create a script that would check if you have your group tag on. I could use something like that if I were trying to build on group build only land. Crystal Gadgets has one, and I think it's a freebie. (Now, if only you could log in to look for it!) I was trying on old hair when I started getting failure to rez issues both with and without an "Unable to Rez" popup. Logged out, wasn't able to log back in. Now when I do get back in I'm going to have to go through my trash and rescue the hairstyles that weren't borked after all... _____________________

I'm getting long pauses. I thought it was because I'm doing an antivirus scan, but I paused that, so I guess it must be LL.

here is a thought, maybe i will just spend my weekends doing somthing other than trying to log into a crappy lag infested asset server choked over populated SL and see whats going on out side.
three weekends in a row putting up with crap performance, EVE online seems to manage it though |
