I always try to look on the positive side of SL. But there are one or two things that do bother me.
1) People who rez large, clumsy and indisputably ugly structures on their land or at low altitude in the sky, spoiling the view for their neighbours. In particlar I mean megaprim screens - they just look like gigantic postcards.
2) People who take the trouble to join Second Life just to log in and tell us all how pathetic we all are and how we should get a life.

I second people who put huge screens up around their land, which necessarily face other people's land. And another one... People who buy water plots next to the shore, and then either raise the land level so that the person who once had a shore plot no longer has a shore plot or block the shore owner's access to the sea beyond. I know the list is long and that there are many sad and infuriating folk inworld but who grinds your gears the most, maybe it's the scumbags who cheat on their RL partners inworld or the sicko's who parade around with child avi's, maybe it's the nude guys who rez anywhere with their cock's proudly displayed for all to see. Is it the sluts who strip in clubs and prostitute themselves for a dollar a time or the lesbians who are thrown into a repulsed frenzied panick at the mere sight of man rezzing into their domain, so offended are they by men they will chase you down like a dog, beating you around the head with their double enders as you flee their sanctuary despite the fact that most of them are also men. Not fond of forum trolls. I respect people I vehemently disagree with more than forum trolls. If people actually have opinions they genuinely stand behind and get into heated arguments over it... it is frustrating, but understandable. But forum trolls... they're basically griefers. They're why I wish we had accounts and added avatars to our accounts, by default - ie: alt linked to your main by default, and not something you have to go through hoops to achieve. Rather it should be hard to not do it that way - so that when forum trolls pop up, Linden can ban them and thereby lock out that -RL person- and not just their alt of the day. _____________________
