Those goddamn lowrise pants screw up everything. Attention designers!Having a 4 inch gap between our shirts and our pants makes us look like idiots. STOP with the low cut pants already! If I had the same abs in RL that I have in SL, I'd show them off all the time, but EVERYONE in SL has great abs, so I just look like a moron when I wear your stupid low-cut jeans. Seriously, knock that shit off. I'm the opposite of Chris, though, on sleeves. I always try to wear long sleeves because no matter how much I monkey with the sliders, my arms look silly. The biceps are all messed up, the sleeves are all smeary. It just doesn't come out right. _____________________

I don't tuck in my shirts, in RL or SL....so having a shirt meet right at the pants waistline is not an issue. All my shirts are on the jacket layer and come down below the top of the pants.

Low rise pants look really good but an exposed belly (no matter how great the avi 6 pack) looks stupid on a guy. |

Agreed, but it's not as big a problem now that more shirt makers are including the shirt texture on an underwear layer to fill in the gap. Thankfully the store was empty at the time, save me and my partner, who at least got a damn good giggle out of it. Thirding the always wear t-shirts on the jacket layer option. I personally love the low-rise jeans. In fact, I have a pair from DMC that are called "Bum'd" jeans. They're so low, you can see where to park your bike in the back  _____________________

Seriously, knock that shit off..... We have the same problem as the guys. I'm no clothing designer, but I think the problem is with the pants template. ALL pants in SL are low rise, unless the designer takes steps to create a higher waistband with a trick like a band on the jacket layer. When they finally (if ever) get around to updating the avatar mesh, I'd like to see an appearance slider for the waistline, as well as the pant length. Or at least a template that *allows* the designer to build pants with a higher waist. _____________________
