Hi, i was wondering if there was anyone willing to loan me either 50k or 100k, reason being, it is to purchase a business in sl, the business gets an average income of 10-20k weekly, ive been sent sales logs , they are great. If you loan me 50k , ill pay you back 55k, if you loan me 100k, ill pay you back 115k. I am a premium member, and have been so for just over a year now, i will not betray anyone, and i can be fully trusted. (Im also not a noob ) I hope someone is willing to do this for me Ross Stringer

I think the person/company giving the loan would want to set their own interest rates and payments.

I think the loan person would also want some kind of collateral.

Based on the high rate of return the person selling you the business has on their instance of the business, they would be guaranteed to have sufficient money to loan you the money to purchase the business with, at a very low interest rate, since they would know that your success in the business is virtually guaranteed, according to the sales logs.

Is the business a bank, casino, ad farm network or age play club?

Hmmm... I heard about a get rich scheme once, similar to this. Magic beans. All it cost was one cow.

Hes a nice guy..seems to have a legitimate "plan". I talked with him but decided not to. That type of gamble would involve me having an amount id be willing to lose out on..and im just not there((I have been before but at this point in my SL I'm not)). But the guy seems to have a market strategy ~Lana

Has the OP considered RL credit? Charge it to a credit card - even 100K is only 150 quid or so. If the rates of return are as good as suggested, you could make that back before the first interest payment is due.

My view, offer someone a 50/50 partnership with one partner doing all the work, (Ross) and the other putting up the capital. Set the means to pay automatic potential profits via a closed group. Once terms have been agreed both parties ned to exchange real life contact info, limit that to a telephone number such as a mobile and an email address from an ISP (rather than a hotmail/gmail account etc) Just a view

You are still a noobie in my book. Do you really expect someone to give you that much Linden on a wing and a prayer? Why not try and do something innovative on your own to earn the money instead of public begging. Because that is what you are doing. You are begging. Approach people in private. Do not post a message in the public forums with your hand out, no plan, no facts, nothing. You have posted nothing of substance at all to even justify the thought of even thinking about giving you 1 Linden let alone 50,000 to 100,000 Lindens. If you can code, then i can make you 50k-100k. Maybe you need direction?

And considering that he's premium and don't see that as a problem. So be careful people with these kind of things.

If a business is thats good it's possible the would-be-lenders would purchase the business themselves!

If you look at the forums and see what we have been talking about you understand why even if this is legitimate its should be a big NO

I think it's very telling when one isn't willing to use the relatively small amount of RL funds it would take to start this business, and instead is begging from others. As was previously suggested, if you don't have the cash on hand (and if you don't have the cash, you really shouldn't be spending anything in SL, IMHO), you can use a credit card - if the business gets these kinds of returns, you will be able to pay it back very quickly. If your credit is too poor to get a credit card, or if it's maxed out, maybe that's a hint that you shouldn't be digging yourself deeper. Too many people with difficult RL financial circumstances fall for the "get rich quick" schemes in SL, usually with disastrous results.

deed $60k worth of land and tier to stepford land holdings and i will give you a three month loan of $50k. you will have 3 months to repay the $50k + $10k interest. once repayment is made i will sell your land back to you for $0. seriously. (Im also not a noob ) I hope someone is willing to do this for me Ross Stringer I have to ask... how does one "purchase a business" in SL? If it's content creation, you don't need to buy someone else's creation. Just make your own. If you can't make your own, the product will go stale quickly and those "guaranteed returns" disappear. If it's a venue or club, you can get the land and make a building for far less. If it's a service, just set up a similar service at 100% profit. I see no need to "buy" someone else's business, and think any return on it would be a net loss.

Let's see... there is this prime real estate in the south of Florida I could sell you. Just needs a bit of draining. Or, perhaps that bridge in Brooklyn....
