Anyone got any suggestions to this SL screw up? Lately (SINCE VOICE), I've have to reattach my clothing 1 out of every 3 times I tp. Often when I tp, I get a shoe stuck in my ass. My necklace is floating off to the side and my rings disappear in my back. This is stupid. Any work around besides making various sets of "accessories" for fast re-equipping?
I am so very close to just quitting SL all together. I do believe this world is too big for LL to manage properly. The lag and awful slow frame rates did NOT exist until the release of the voice client. I have even disabled voice yet SL has been running more and more slowly lately. Ugh.
I really want to see voice become a part of SL. But, why oh why did not LL just go the third party route and use Teamspeak or Ventrillo? This works PERFECTLY in the MMORPG world. Sure, there is no roaming voice chat but having separate servers, controlled by the users who can then control who has access to said servers would have gone a LONG way in A. reducing hatred towards voice in SL and B. not incurred the massive performance hit SL has taken in the recent weeks.
LL better do something quick. Sure, I'm one person...but every day I am googling virtual worlds waiting and waiting for something new and faster and leaner. The honeymoon with SL is certainly over.

This has been a random problem well before 'Voice' came to SL.

I should have said it has gotten much worse lately. When I first came to SL, this would happen once a day maybe. Not 1 out of every 3 TPs. It is a huge annoyance. It's Monday morning and I'm annoyed!

I need a Brazilian wax after teleporting at least once a day because of where my prim hair goes.

Relogging is the easiest way to get things back in place.

You know, the shoe/hair buggery has only happened to me like 5 times in 10 months? I'm therefore still highly amused when it happens.
On the other hand, I crash every single time I empty my trash...

Funny, this doesn't happen to me as much as it used to.
I know a lot of you talk out of your asses but I other than that I don't think there's a connection between this issue and voice.
Enjoy!

that is a scary sight indeed.... Had that happen this morning, in fact. My female fox head's muzzle was positioned roughly where a male's private parts should have been, nose outward and the rest of the head mostly inside my pelvis. O^o! But just the head messed up. My hair was still where it belonged, as was my tail. I detached and reattached the head, and it went back where it belonged. And much as I detest Voice, it isn't the cause. This bug's been around long before Voice, with the same frequency of occurrance.

On the other hand, I crash every single time I empty my trash... I've found a way around that crash (read it here or somewhere) -- at least it works for me: Open the trash, hilite all of the items and then right click and select 'purge item'. A bit more work, but at least it prevents the crash.

Hello,
I just started experiencing the "shoes up ass" phenomenon two days ago when I TP. But mine are actually cowboy boots--and they have spurs!
C'mon Linden. . .you guys gonna fix this? If not, I'm sending you my bill from the proctologist.
Avanti
P. S. The last time this happened, my cowboy hat ended up there, too. Ewe.

Haven't had that happen in a long time - 3 months or so. It used to be, I could start a clothing store out of my butt.

I've gottne this a bit late, plus the annoying bug of once again my HUDs not fully rezzing utnil I edit-select them, then they pop right into view. Is there a place in JIRA to checkmark ALL? Or better yet, just chekc them all and let us UNcheck what we think isn't improtant. Smaller list I'd be willing to wager. Oh right, can't wager (sorry, couldn't resist ) ~Jessy
