Question about getting renters

I will be posting the results to my blog.
easier than trying to remember who wants updates hehe (so just keep an eye on the blog, once I get the results from the blood work then I will post it)

last wednesday my bloodwork came back as high white count, normal platelets (platelets being the ones I have a problem with) and high glucose (I am not diabetic, but the meds do raise my sugar levels which is not good)

(I try not to judge people on their posts, sometimes it is hard as that is all we have to go by, but I know sometimes things are said that are not meant the way they are taken, or someone might be having a bad day, etc)

however... I do not recall any posts from you that would lead me to think... she is a bitch...

on a serious note though, I really do hate the way the meds make me feel
one sec I wanna cry for no reason, the next minute I wanna punch something, next thing I know, I am happy as a clam...

and of course during it all my tummy feels yucky, my body aches, and I shake like I am cold, but I am not cold...

I understand the side effect of some meds really sucks but worth it in the long run.. Just ummm lemme know when ya wanna punch something ok? I will run and hide till ya wanna be clam like again..

Maeve the important thing to a renter is sales. Your traffic isn't great but that could equate to sales if your visitor to sales ratio is good.

Change your parcel description, it won't attract customers, it's a nice message but people won't find that message in search as it's not what people search for. You can include that information in a notecard.

It is hard to get renters regardless of build.
I personally have preference in what I find a comfortable space.
Cozy for me often means cramped.
Also after being around for while I have sort of realized it just easier
to focus on my own mainland lot or share commercial space from a friend then rent commercial space because of the chances of me even making enough for your highest
rent the 600L a week I am not going to even come close to earning.
Majority of us don't make anything.
600L a week isn't much but when you add it up with possible fees for monthly charges
that one would spend advertising for lot or several majority that don't even allow you to
tp in those visiting the shop, rental fees, uploads, land fees for private work space or
home, personal cost while in SL it all adds up.
Those who have large disposable income often don't need to worry about those things or
even want to conduct business, at least one's I know have no desire to do anything except
what they want to do here.
Those with time and desire to do more often are stuck with smaller budgets and don't
have those fees.
Harsh truth is for 117 prims I can spend 2000L$ for land and pay premium, have my own land directly from Linden Labs, and 300 a week for advertising and uploads why would I need to rent from you for up to 2400 to 3000L a month with little guarantee any one would even come by your sim and buy my products?
