Looking for suggestions with our business

Hello everyone,

We have been in business for more than a year. After being confined to renting stalls at malls we now have a 1024 parcel that we have been at for 9 months.
Lately we've been thinking of rebuilding the store, doing more advertising, and just wondering what else we are missing business wise.

I'm just asking someone, a fellow business owner or shopping addict to pop in the store and take a look at the layout. If you have a suggestion we would greatly appreciate it.

As for advertising, we post events every so often about new products. We do come out with new products about once a week. I have posted in forums on different sites, we have 3 classifieds, and I have a blog but haven't actually updated it.

What can we do for more advertising? (A common question I know)

Oh yeah, I've read threads were other business owners were looking for suggestions.. and now we are too

come over to that thread, Dementia. It was started by one person asking sort of the same questions as you are, everyone jumped on the bandwagon and we are all helping each other out with tips, marketing tips, etc. There was even a group created from this thread and now a blog going for the group.

I know it seems like a lot of reading when you really only want a sort of quick answer to your questions but there is a WEALTH of information there, and it will help, believe me!
