I can't at the moment, my soundcard died a few days ago.
But apparently, when people open up my profile, music can be heard.
Anyone have any ideas how I managed it ?
..thankyou,..
..Oli.

Do you have a website that plays music listed in your profile on the "Web" tab? Linking to a My Space page that plays music or even a video on youtube will play music when your profile is opened.

Oh, so cool - I can think of so many things that I would love people to hear when they open my profile. This could be fun.

That's just the sound of us falling in love with you when we look at your profile.

That's just the sound of us falling in love with you when we look at your profile. Like in those Hollywood movies when the hero meets the heroine, and suddenly there's a swelling chorus of violins? ![]() _____________________

When my profile opens up I don't want people to hear music, I want there to be screaming followed by an out of breath female voice yelling, "Log off now, Log off now".

Chuckles, Jez. Yes, log off before it's too late!

I am SO going to do that. Where is the best place on the web to upload a song for this purpose?

It's really annoying if you don't like their taste in music.
I wish it only played while you were looking at their webpage. Plays for the whole profile though. |

Its a cool feature as long as we have the option to automatically turn it off also. I agree it's annoying, same thing when browsing websites or blogs, I hate it when they have music. I typically am listening to my own music or listening to the TV when I am online.

Words cannot express how much I detest when somebody force their music on top of what I am already listening to. And *especially* if it is poor midi music. That was fun on homepages in the 90ies. Not today.

I dunno about a song, but a really short sound bite might be in order. Really short, a couple of seconds at most.

Not today. Agreed...if I can't find a pause or stop button on the page within 2 seconds the whole page gets closed and I'll look elsewhere. |

I never look at people's profile sites for that reason. |
