I posted a personal objection to the use of the insulting phrase "it ain't rocket science". It's insulting. End of story.

And scammers, crooks and botters, deserve being insulted.

And LL?

You see, Rebecca, the person who uses that phrase places their intelligence above those who it is aimed at, and that's sheer arrogance - and often totally untrue, as no doubt in this case.

You don't agree with my point of of view, therefore you are not as intelligent as me. How arrogant is that?

Some people go their entire lives without knowing the difference between right and wrong and mistakenly think personal opinion is involved, when it comes to the most basic things, such as a basic goodness of humanity.

You can pick apart my use of the expression however you like. You can think it's insulting, thats fine too. But don' t try to throw it back at me, with some self righteous misdirection, that I was referring to the poster who had minimized, LL's "responsibility" to stop scammers...or even you the traffic bot apologist.

My statement you are attacking here, was a general statement and if you need to take it personal and turn it into a politically incorrect insult and try to say I was aiming it at someone, or anyone in particular, then so be it....not true, but think what ever you like.

My point is very simple. It's no mystery, to most people, what scamming is and what would constitute being complicit with the scamming and the kind of "intelligence" I am referring to is basic humanity and intelligence of the heart not the machinations of the dark side.

Doesn't take a wiZard.

Perhaps they do - I wouldn't know. But in this case, it was just your personal opinion that LL was responsible, and you evaluated their intelligence to be somewhat less than yours. I'd back them any day in that respect ;)

It depends what you mean. It doesn't take a wizard to agree with you when you are wrong? It doesn't take a wizard to believe what you believe? Or what?

Some people go their entire lives believing that what *they* think is right, and therefore people with other views are wrong ;)
