I don't know what Americans would say; but if you are looking for really lame ways of saying you need the toilet that sound like they might have been funny when you were a student then you can't beat "Syphon the python". One could, of course, "Squeeze out a Cleveland steamer", if one felt the need. There's a German one for men that translates as "throttling the trouser snake".  _____________________

There's a German one for men that translates as "throttling the trouser snake". "Trouser snake" is a common name for it in many languages - specifically in English it is often referred to as the "One-eyed trouser snake" (clearly to distinguish it from the many other trouser snakes out there with multiple eyes - obviously). For Cockney Rhyming Slang, one might say that one is needs a "Brad Pitt" for "number 2" ("number 2" being itself an amusingly childish phrase anyway). _____________________
