ZOMG, those can't be real. Are they? They look inflated or something... they're just too big and perfectly round and... buoyant.

Of course it is not like you guys have never clicked on that 'Male Enhancement' link so you could add another 12 inches to your part, huh? :)
Not even to report them for spamming.

We may not like to admit it. But we aren't so different from boob-lady and muscle-man.
If it was safe and reliable, I'd be a 4' tall ferret guy, no problem. But when the best we can manage is Dennis Smith's Tigerman? No, no thanks.

That's not make-up, folks.

Edit: the original story is now 404-enhanced. Here's the wayback machine link:

Sorry, Governor Palin, but what exactly do you think is untrue? Should I have quoted Fox News? I bet I can find it there too if I wanted to.

The simple answer is it doesn't.

Then you are truly enlightened.

There is an upside, she won't have to worry about falling off a boat and drowning!

And her nipples should be big enough to stick little flags in them for rescuers to see her better!

Like most things like this. Too much money, too much time, too big of an ego, Hollywood has a lot to answer for.

Agreed. This chick, wtth all this publicity is gonna rake in the big bucks. Once she's financially set, if she doesn't want the boobs, she can have the silicon taken out and her breasts reconstructed to whatever size she feels comfortable. It's her life. I wish her well.

these are all the typical responses I hear in SL day to day. Its wonderful you all have such open welcoming minds.

Ms Hershey is quite famous for her ambitous goals to be the biggest and best in the world. And for everyone of you harpies who make fun of us there are guys showering us with gifts and goodies left and right.

I tipped 38HHH at one time and I loved them. Yes they were man made, no I don't regret it for a second, and last but not least I made more in a year than most of you might make in a lifetime.

I think thats what really riles you.
Low self esteem?
Not a chance.

I'm retired @ 50, I own several businesses and have a happy home life that doesnt have to worry about the bills. I'd say I'm ahead of the curve. (<thanks to the curves>;)

I think what some people may be reacting negatively to is the social pressure which compels some to feel that they *must* modify their bodies in order to be accepted. If cosmetic surgery is a personal choice, fine; if it's something the person feels they have to do, that's not good. But even extreme modification like this is no different from those who have extensive piercings and/or tattoos. There are many who find such things unappealing; some who find it *extremely* unappealing. But if this is how the person chooses to look -- for business reasons, for expression of their personality, to provoke response, whatever -- it's their business.

What I find encouraging is that, overall, tolerance of difference is on the rise. Once upon a time, extreme conformity or social ostracism or even sanction were the only options. Now, while there is still a long way to go, even those who still harbor intolerance generally recognize that tolerance is the wave of the future.

And I think this is one of the most important factors of SL as a social phenomenon. In SL, no matter how you look -- big boobs; short, fat and bald; a tiny; a furry; a giant mecha; a potted tulip (I've seen it) -- it's exceedingly obvious that this is your *choice*. Yes, there are some who will criticize even others' SL appearance, but the great majority recognize it for what it is. As more and more people realize that this translates to RL, we as a society can let go the old fears and hatreds and realize that beings just wanna have fun!

Piercing my ears is about the only aftermarket additions I've made, even getting a small tatoo is against my grain. But to each his own. I remember the "Cat Lady" a few years back. I was "Meh, whatever". About the only concern i have with any body modifications is that they are performed by competent professions. I hate hearing stories of quack platic surgeons maiming and sometimes killing people.

When the Weekly World News shut down, a horrible, empty void was left. I'm glad someone managed to fill that void.
