Group name got changed

So, I created a group a couple months back, mind you, the group name was [[FUCK LOVE]]. I log on today trying to change my group tag and my group now says [[Fluffy Bunny Love]], I don't know what to do. How was it changed to begin with, how do I go about changing it back, etc.?? Please Help!!

Drink a shot of Tequila...and know that it was LL who changed it. The group name wasn't considered PG, and hence, the name change.

Good luck with getting it changed back, it isn't going to happen.

The group name cannot contain obscenities. I'm sure LL changed it to conform with the TOS/CS.

I just love the twisted humor of the Linden that substituted that with Fluffy Bunny Love!!! ROFL :) Yay Lindens!!!

To the OP- you know... we all have rights etc... and mine end where yours begin - do all the colorful speech thing you want in private but if you walk into my screen shot- I really do not want to see the F word hanging above your head. Meantime.. develop an affinity for fluffy bunnies..

Yeah, boo them!! I guess I get the nature of them changing it, but, I have seen worse and I myself don't hang out in PG sims. But, I'm glad that answered my question, I thought someone was messing with me.

You *might* be able to contact them and get it changed to something else, as long as it conforms to their standards.

The twisted humor is great, love it.

I have no problems with the F word or any other profanity, I expect it on the net.

I thought that group name would have been ok in mature sims? So it's ok to have rape sims, orgies, sex shops and whores, but it's not ok to say f**k in a group tag, that makes no sense to me.

Groups are visible in search in all sims, and are considered to fall under the PG standard, as opposed to mature.

But then, there is always the chance the OP could have teleported to a PG sim wearing that same tag. All of the things you mention above are (or should be) confined to mature sims, where mature people can do mature things. And while (technically) there are no minors on the grid (riiiight) there are still adults who *would* be offended by use of that word, and the supposedly 'safe places' for those people to not encounter that kind of thing are PG sims.

ETA: PG sims aren't always goody-goody areas for kid avis etc either. We were at Aitui the other day, and the adboards featuring topless females (we were in the tattoo section) had weird-looking nipples. I realised they were airbrushed out, and looked at the top of my viewer. Yup, PG sim.
