I usually come to RA when I want a break from working (my "job", such as it is is what I do in SL) but I am currently in the middle of making a new line of dresses and I'd planned to get a lot done on that this morning. As things have worked out here I am in RA again.
So I was wondering what other people would have been doing if the grid were up.

but making some flowers and a new line of greeting gifts ...and possibly yardsaling (addicted) and mayyybe just sitting on the beach a bit...with those i adore  _____________________

Looking forlornly at my Helicopter , which is grounded until the bulder can put out a Havok 4 update..Or looking forlornly at a pair of shoes I desperately want, but can't buy due to stale transactions...or.......

My weekend time

I am only able to get in SL for any quality time on the weekends. I had just got in on Friday to begin some major stress release from a really crazy week at RL work. And hey why is that door mislplaced on one of my prefabs I sell - better get that crazy thing lined back up - ah there thats it, let me fly over to that tree that also is now floating 10 meters above the land - ah no - I am stuck in fly mode - no biggy, I will relog. Relog to find entire home and furnishinges gone - the door I worked on however is floating in space. Sky build platform is half gone too with creations that I have not taken a copy of yet. Oh know better send in a help ticket - ooops Lindens logging me off. Oh well I will make some texture for new build I have planned - alright 14 textures complete - let me try logging in again to upload. Entire grid down - trying until 2:30 a.m. No biggy, will get some sleep. Yeah a new day dawning and now I will log in and get into a building frenzy - whats this SL still down - watching my weekend hours fly by while waiting for something to happen.
I would be doing what I do every weekend - trying to build but probably fighting the weekend in-world issues and trying to find ways to still have some fun and create something. |

Had an idea of using my texture organizer to put pics of my clothes and hair in...and using the same name of the outfit in my inventory...then I could scroll through and see what I had and decide what to wear without going into inventory and finding stuff. This way I won't forget what I have. Different catagorises for shoes, hair, dresses, bikinis..etc.
Course while I do that I would have to keep an eye on hubby, he is into changing avatars lately... last night I turned around and he was a little blue dragon. |
