What is this "work" you speak of?

It's something which interrupts your second life. Best avoided if possible.

I mostly read them at work, but I do check in periodically in the evening.

Me, too.

I used to be on at work almost constantly. Not anymore, but I do try to read the fora at work, but my boss sits in a place where she can see every thing I do lol.
But I am normally on the fora whenever I get chance, i usually have them running in the background of sl, as long as my computer can handle them both running at the same time.

Using 2 monitors at home, I tend to have the forum and sl on at the same time.

Also check in at times from work.....Addiction to sl has run rampant!!
Ditto - I have had a second monitor at home since xmas, but was always logged into the forums at all times anyway. Whether or not I'm actually paying attention to the forums while inworld depends on what is going on inworld.

Until a month or so ago (when I finally hacked around things) I couldn't even get to the forums from work. Now, some days, I spend a lot of work time on the forums and other days, only a little bit.

Thanks, I really didn't want to imagine a completely nude Joseph rushing out of his house gripping his keys in his mouth, his shirt in his hand, and his pants around his ankles while otherwise naked. I am scarred for life now. The image will never leave my mind now. I am horrified and shocked beyond normal.

By the way, when did you start shaving your chest Joseph?

...well, that explains the screams and giggles both...maybe I'll have a fan club after today...or a lawsuit for mental anquish...
Whichever it is, I'm sure I deserve it! (wink)

Well...except as a tiger...but then, tiger's look better without the shaving anyway...and the oxford's don't stay on my feet as well...

I have been a major lurker and read the forums avidly for a very long time at work and at home. Recently that has changed though, I don't lurk as much :)

I read them at work, of course, but I'm usually around if I'm doing something other than SL on the computer at home. Not that I would ever play online poker, but if I did, which I don't, I'd probably check the forums while I played, which I would never, of course, do. Playing online poker and trying to keep up with SL itself is too hard...so I've heard. I probably would have tried it a few times and given up and now get my SL fix from the forums while I play.

Hey, didja know that a tiger's stripe pattern is found on its skin, and if shaved, its distinctive pattern would be preserved? So...

I cant read the forums while at work, even though we have internet access. Every thing we do online is monitored carefully. We can't even take our own laptops in with us or have anything that would allow access to the network other than from a "Company Approved" computer. :(

Heh- some corporations take their "online security" quite seriously. ;)

Actually, I rarely read the forums at home, since I'd rather be in game. So I read them at work where I cant be in game. Its my FIX at work.
