got issues too

I got in my accounts to change them after I got this notice that one of my main accounts had billing issue.
I don't know what the problem is I deleted and renewed my billing information through account page.
Good news was when I called and talked to Linden Lab's representive I was able to get account I had 02/27/03 reactivated for free but it still shows there is a issue of some type with my billing because its showing in negative.
I can't seem to login, wondered why though.

Check the box for 'Show Start Location on Login Screen,' then click OK. You should now see a drop down menu for 'Start Location' below the login boxes. Open it, highlight <Type region name> and enter Pooley. Then try logging in as usual. You *should* have a better chance of getting in with a quiet region, which Pooley is. You can actually do this with any region you know the name of and have access to, so if you know of another non-busy one, you can try that too.
