Going back to another comment made in the OP - there are some horror stories about people trying to buy or sell Lindens using something other than SLX or LL. It's possible that you might get caught in a "suspicious activities" trap that they have set up to watch for fraudulent Linden transactions. This can lead to your account being (at least temporarily) suspended.

So just be aware of that before taking that risk.
