I would offer an honest opinion, as well....but have sworn off cat fights for at least 15 more days. Hangin' in there....and the temptations have been fierce. Not Fair.

Never mind the minty freshness of rocca salad dressing paste or whatever

Sorry, I can't let this go. Kraft sells this stuff that's supposed to be a roquefort dressing. Kraft started as cheese makers, so they should be at least have a passing acquaintance with the processes involved, one would think. It's not even some fancy new space age high tech cheese, people have been making this stuff for around a thousand years, and Kraft can;t manage to make up a batch that tastes like cheese? It's like Elmer's Glue-All (the old casein-based formula, not current PVA variety), not cheese-like at all, and certainly not something you want to dump on vegetables.

(what kind of schools did you folk go to anyway?).

The minty paste came from the J. L. Hammett company of Braintree, Massachusetts, in large buckets. When it was time to make those ever-so-important construction paper projects in class, the schoolteachers would scoop little lumps of the stuff from the bucket with a ruler and slap it onto strips of paper, one for each student, and deposit the strips on each desk. We were given little wooden ice cream sticks to spread it onto our construction paper. The stuff had a pleasant fragrance not unlike that of those little pillow shaped after dinner mints. With individual servings of minty stuff, dessert utensils, and specific orders from the teacher _not_ to eat it, how could a child possibly resist trying it at least once?

The main thing is you didn't vote neither, Todd. Shall I tally you for a *really* couldn't give a sh!t?

Honestly now, how readily could _you_ give one, if you had been ingesting glue?

Mostly on the Preview Grid these days where things can get very dull as you may conclude.

Apologies, I misread 'Roka' as some variant of that tasty weed. If it's any help, try beating finely grated Roquefort into a bowl of full fat yoghurt. Kraft Foods can take a running jump.

Sorry, didn't vote, was too busy getting ready to start some polls...

(But then I decided to pool all my questions and start a survey.)

Yes, I do. A great deal of my professional life is based on knowing how and why people feel how they feel so I can respond in some way or other. It's just natural for me to be nosy. On the other hand, I am reclusive when I am not working. But I will make up polls and all kinda diggy questions. I also LOVE being interviewed coz I have a huge ego in real and annoy people intensely. And, none of this is a lie.

Ephraim Kappler chuckles: I was wondering when that one would come up.
