I'm still online in SL.

Nothing inside of SL works. Transactions, TPs, rezzing objects. I can walk around.

I'd guess this is a problem other than the fabled "network outage."

You know anytime one of the other "services" I pay for goes down such as electric, phone or IP, They call in the techs they need to fix it and it does not matter if it is at 3am Christmas mornung or noon on a Thursday and the techs stay working until the service is up and running at at least an acceptable level for everyone. When SL goes down, all thsy do is throw a patch over it until evryone comes back on Monday.

Come SL people pay for this 24/7 how about giving us a reliable grid for atleast the times when the most folks need it like FRIDAy, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

And yes I do pay for this with my membership and monthly tier which is charged even if I can not sign in

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! One of the town's trees yanked out my electric, cable and phone about a month ago. Electric company had their part done that night, and a private electrician took care of our end the next morning. Cable was back the next day. The phone company showed up three days later, by then we had a cable running across the lawn and had it working ourselves

You're lucky - I'm still watching the logging in screen in growing despair. Since you got in though, I recommend you refrain from looking in your inventory, clicking or sitting on any objects, buying or selling, teleporting, flying, running, making gestures (lewd or otherwise), using voice, playing audio or video media, changing draw distances, using the search functions, and if you must walk, do so very gingerly and don't cross any region borders. Good luck and stay logged in!
