Imposters -
in RL I am genetically male, transgender. And, I play a femme character in SL.
Now here is the shock - My best friend in SL recently started playing a male avatar. She is female in RL.
I am so shocked, how could a RL woman play a male avy in SL? Has the word gone mad?

Sanity verification -
So there is a lot oof hot air about this age verify thing, everyone is talking yet no one really knows...
But what if they start doing sanity verification? I am really worried about this one.
The only thing I can do is have the SL character they call "Immy" verify that i am completely sane. I had but one, just ONE incident where I was "hopitalized" cause I was convinced the sky was falling.

OK I am off to fight with my SL avatar now, I don't appreciate the way she has been dressing lately.

Why are all Dibbler's movies set in a World Gone Mad?
Because Mister Dibbler is a very observant man.

If you are ever determined to be sane, you will be kicked out of SL

Sanity and I have never been on friendly speaking terms. I have tried to get a restraining order against Sanity, but the judges refuse to listen to me.

You have to tell us now......it's the rules.

And, I really think it's perfectly sane to walk about in other shoes for a bit. Well not for a "bit" literally...oh you know what I mean. :)

From this post, Mari, can we assume you believe that religious intolerance is acceptable and amusing as long as you are pretending to be a kid who doesn't know any better?

Pep (Perhaps you should have gone to that party as a bin Laden avatar; that might have been considered more "amusing" and perhaps attracted less attention than attending as your "normal" self.)

From the time I first arrived at these forums and encountered your posts, I had always considered you a pompous, arrogant ass, yet possessing charming qualities that made your posts tolerable. However, with this post, your charm has run out. That was just downright nasty and totally uncalled for!

What? Mari's status as cheerleader for the "Kids'r'us" movement in sl makes the obviously dubious taste of her post acceptable? Or are you suggesting that she has had enough criticism recently and everybody should be nice to her and not point out her unacceptable lapse? I'll wait for her to justify poking fun at "religious maniacs" - her implication, not mine.

Pep (Perhaps you should take your sympathetic attitude over to the Undying Thread where they also believe that "If you can't say anything nice, then lie".)

Uhhh... No. I am "suggesting" that you read waaaaay deeper into her post than any reasonable-minded person ever would have.

By the way: I am fairly religious, and - trust me - there are *plenty* of "religious maniacs" out there who need a good poking! (Read into that any way you choose :p)

Are you supporting the "Intolerance of Religion" movement now then Lindal?

Pep (Focus on the issue!)

Arguing with is fine - if it is about the issue I have raised. :p

Pep (Arguing about should be confined to the other thread. )
