When I try to log in I am getting the message..."Unable to connect to SL, often this means that your computer clock is set incorrectly. Please go to the Control Panels and make sure the time and date are set correctly". Well nothings changed to my clock so why it should be causing a problem is beyond me. Any ideas of what to do?

I am getting the exact same popup. I checked that my clock was correct via internet time.

I also tried the standard sl viewer and Emerald viewer and both give me that popup about clock and won't log in.

:(

-edit, just checked my laptop and it gets the same popup also

You may want to check the date as well. It may be set to 1999 or something funny like that. Also you may also want to go into your bios at the very start of bootup and check the system clock there. I have had a similar problem with my old computer.

Oooh I get the same problem too... weird!

Setting my clock to PST seems to have corrected the problem.

Lame.

I had the problem too, logged out to clear cache then wouldn't let me back in. I have 'solved' it at present by putting my computer clock back an hour. Really annoying.

I am in the PST. My clock has always been on PST. I still can't log in. Oh well... I really wasn't planning to play anyways.

LL's security certificate has apparently expired:

"login.agni.lindenlab.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted.
The certificate expired on 11/7/2009 7:05 PM."

Way to go LL.

Setting my clock to PST worked for me. I have no idea why, but I'm logged in now.
