I've submitted a ticket, but was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
The group we own our land under disappeared from our groups window in communication and we cannot manage or change any land settings. The group is still listed in our profiles, and we are still listed as members if you open the group info.

Melody, this sounds very unusual. Do you know how to get to Live Chat in the Support Portal? I would suggest doing that quickly so it gets resolved before LL does something stupid and reclaims your land.

http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-2633 ? /327/a9/231432/1.html#post1810322From: Kitty Barnett Try downloading 1.18.2 ( http://download-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/Second%20Life%201-18-2-1%20Setup.exe) which should be the oldest viewer that still works. You can install SL into a *different* folder than the one you're currently using and it won't mess up whatever version you're currently using. Log on with the old viewer and see if it won't let you leave the group proper and then just switch back to the viewer you normally use. Not sure if 1.18.2 actually still works now since it has the QuickTime problem, otherwise some people have some luck with a Nicolaz viewer.

I was able to talk to support, and they will not do anything except reference that knowledge base article.
It's happening with multiple people, we've tried several versions including and old version, Nicolaz and the release candidate, uninstalling/reinstalling/rebooting, etc. Whatever is happening, is server-side and different than the issue they seem to think it is.
It's really upsetting to be paying for land (I am actually am the sole land donater in the group and pay for the entire tier), yet be completely unable to manage it, create objects, etc since it's owned by our group, and the group is inaccessible.

Reopen the Support Ticket, and then Open another Support Ticket for support on the prior Support Ticket. Asking for someone ELSE to help with the first.
A lot of times Lindens get stuck in their little boxes and can't think outside them. Not a cutdown, really, they're just so bright at times they miss the obvious. A fresh look from someone that speaks their language (geek/nerd ^.~) may be able to point them to the right problem.
As stupid as this may sound, you may try to get the sim in which your group land is in reset. I had a problem viewing my group a while ago and a sim reset fixed it. Something about how the system reads the data *Shrugs* But yeah, a sim reset and then clearing the cache and relogging fixed my avatar. Wierd, but then it's SL.
