Earthlink is known as one of the best for cable.



Also for DSL. I have been using Earthlink DSL for a couple of years and have zero complaints. Comcast OTOH, is horrible.

I would be furious if I were a comcast customer. Yey another good argument for legislation protecting net neutrality.

I have no love for Comcast, when things work, they work well; when they don't work, it's a bear to get them to do anything. Unfortunately, there just isn't a competing product that is equally capable (Comcast has regularly has pushed things forwards in my area to make DSL and FIOS not attractive by providing better features).

That said, a Comcast bitch thread is off topic for the forums.
