Well seems to me since you are not a fit person due to the fact you ave conceived to a virtual stranger , wonders if person really knows who the father is, the child should be removed from you at birth. There are many pixel ppl out there trying to fall preg and cant so think of the child and contact one of the many agencies about adoption.
