I sent a complaint via support ticket about the DNS failures. Within 15 minutes, Harmony had responded informatively and professionally.

Kudos to Harmony. Praise goes where it deserves to go.

Anyway! Harmony Linden along with Jack are in charge of concierge support and it's an excellent service, they should be proud of themselves.

I always seem to get a quick response to whenever I have any kind of issues

(except for the stupid prims overlapping my land blah)
oh well at this time they are only overlapping an empty building LOL

but I give kudos to many lindens not just one or 2

Ya, Harmony rocks!

Let me add Michael Linden who, while sometimes I might be at loggerheads with em, I still find him to be a great voice amongst the Governance team.

Also Zara Linden, who helped out a whole bunch on an issue that cropped up a couple weeks ago.

An Torley Linden, of course, for the Tip of the Weeks an the office hours which are always fun and informative. Also for her presence on the JIRA.

The Windlight team (Zen, BigPapi, etc., etc.) for being so willing to listen, and actually make changes based on user feedback.

Oh, an all the Lindens who have given me their bear an other stuff over time.

FInally, the two who I really appreciate but can't name here.

I love to complain about anonymous LL developers, but yeah, I've had some pretty great experiences with some of the Lindens too.

Well I have to say my favorite is Rowan Linden, very helpful, very friendly, and she gets the job done. A shining example to Lindens everywhere.

That being said ...

Teeple always was and still is very very helpful. I've only ever come across one Linden who was obnoxious and unhelpful - and it's a name I have not seen for a very very long time. Hopefully she got her P45 (or whatever you call it over there other than the UK).
