That's a pretty hefty premium to pay for location. I charge $L750 a week for 300 prims, and I'm not the cheapest by any means. If you only wanted 200 prims, I'd charge L$500, and you could save the hassle of finding and putting up with a roommate.

Anybody else want to advertise rooms for rent here?

... its 1000L a week with 200 Prims O.O Wow, that's high. And not a little high. 650 for 200 prims and a house on a professionally landscaped sim is about as high is goes. _____________________

Kensington? Maybe it's a virtual Edward's Square. Overspending for a whole lot of the same thing that is cheaper and sometimes better, elsewhere.

/me stuffs a wadded up scarf in Pep's mouth and slaps duct tape over it. /me jumps up and down in her seat with her hand in the air . . . Oh! Oh! Oh! I KNOW this one. This is like in that thread on emoting we had last week right? This is where you are incorrectly "taking control," and not letting Pep have his turn emoting back? Like this? /Pep chews thoughtfully on the scarf for a moment, before pulling out his copy of Fowler's Modern English Usage, to demonstrate why "wadded-up" should be hyphenated. /Lindal collapses defeated, a sodden and defenseless heap at Pep's feet. Raising her beautiful face, now radiant with admiration, to her new master, she is heard to whisper "Oh Pep, I've never met anyone who could wield punctuation the way that YOU do . . ." _____________________

Oh, wow! Ummm.... Can I put chickens on it? ![]() Nnnnnnoooppe. I've actually been pretty quiet about it being offered, and I hope the mention of it here isn't too much like advertising. I screen the renters and am mainly looking for vintage/retro places for the plot. Building is part of the deal. _____________________

"...and, God willing, I never will again." /me whips out her .45 and punctuates Pep repeatedly with 230 grain hollowpoint periods. _____________________
