Is it possible to see the view that another SL user is seeing? Or offer another user to see your own view?

I don't mean just to have the camera follow their avatar around, but to actually see the view they are seeing on their screen.

A friend suggested I move my camera to be near the other user, but, if they are moving their camera too (using alt-zoom), I won't see what they're seeing.

So is there a camera-follow that takes into account the other user's alt-zoom? Perhaps a HUD or script?

Search SL exchange for Qie Niangao's CamCaster product. I haven't used it myself but I believe it is designed for exactly what you want.

Trying to remember how long since we've had a discussion of Brenda's panties in the forum. :)

I'd just been thinking that one could make a viewer that was able to establish a direct connection with another such viewer and relay parts of the the packets it receives from and sends to the LL servers, thus enabling people to share their view, sounds, etc.
