I AR every 16m plot I find that is not joined to some larger piece somewhere and showing prim usage. I'll AR up to 64m if it has indications that its micro-parcel extortion or adboarding. I AR anytime I see more than 4 advertisements visible from outside of a build (see the adfarm policy). I'll AR if an advert is set up to meet every one of the adboard requirements, but does so by resting exactly on the line on every standard. I AR anyone who sends me a nasty/rude IM. But that's only happened once. I should AR adult content I find on mainland, but I actually haven't found any, so I'm not yet sure how I will react once I do. I -wish- I could AR people who have horribly designed builds, but much as it would be nice to have fashion police with enforcement powers, at least over anything perm-rezzed on the land...  I get why we don't.  |

From: Scylla Rhiadra So, a guy with an RL pic of his equipment, or with a sexually explicit name, I likely wouldn't AR because I'm not sure how it causes harm. A possible trigger for an abuse survivor - or simply upsetting for someone who had no idea they would stumble across it. Both things are also against TOS I think. |

No. This policy change is not aimed at personal advertising of this kind.
I run a business that places ads inside clubs and malls; am I violating this policy?
We call this "affiliate advertising", and it's unlikely to be affected, especially when it's inside venues and therefore not adversely affecting the local area.
Does this policy include signs advertising parcels for sale?

Consider what happened recently to Carl Metropolitan, and ask yourself if someone less well known would have been treated as well. What do you mean? If you are talking about my recent split with NCI, neither G-Team nor ARs were involved in any way. |
