Based on Quantity sort of ;) :

EDT [mostly old helmet hair lol but nice discount recent purchases too]
Panache
*SS* = Sparkle Skye
Deviant Kitties
Analog Dog Hair
Ravenwear
Calico Creations
Calla
Armidi

My everyday hair is either Armidi Hair - The Ginza - Silver or Deviant Kitties - Shayna - Silver. I do wish Armidi would make new hair too. ;)

I remember the last few, I will give the same answers.

My fave remains Sirena not only for her product but because she gives back to the community and her Mermaid Diaries are very helpful. She didn't have to do that, but she did.

And also her product is great, with good textures, good colors, and good prices. Three sizes and many colors in each pack for only 195 is not a bad deal at all.

I like other hair shops but they usually do not fit, why do they make such tiny wigs and not more sizes in the pack with it? The resizer scripts work kind of MEH.

I do like Lelutka and Maitreya and am always looking for some new great hair but...it's hard. They need to throw another hair fair and this time have officers bouncing anyone who isn't an ARC below 200.

ETD and Calla are the only hair designers I patronize.

Analog Dog
Jolie Femme
Tami McCoy

And a few from:
Calico
Sirena

For me, hair's gotta flow natural-like with movements, so it's always full flexi on the long parts. I won't even concider rigid sculpted hair like Armidi's.

Edit: /me feels another shopping spree coming on

I love Sirena, Calico & ETD.

But, the hair I wear the most as basic me nowadays is from Novocaine although not much selection there. They just happened to have that one particular style that feels right to me. :)

EDIT: Which reminds me, time to update forum profile piccy.

For me, I go through trials and errors to find out the type of hairdos that sit well on me. I only make purchases after trying out demos to make sure there is no bald patch showing or other related discrepancies. On a couple of occasions, I purchased actual sets with bald patches showing through even though I did try on the demos. There are a few that could be saved by re-sizing and stretching them; some hairdos allow stretching without damaging the texture, some do not turn out nicely.

Just make sure that you keep a copy of the hairdo that you may want to edit.

Fiona

In my inventory is ETD, Gurl6, Armidi/Naughty Designs, Frangipani Designs, Dernier Cri and a couple from Maitreya.

I've seen a lot of hair from Truth being blogged, I'm surprised it hasn't shown up in anyone's list.

My "main" hair styles are from Calico. The styles I picked from there are very free flowing and natural looking, and I wear three of them in nearly constant rotation.

For short hair I love the styles from Tami McCoy.

I have a bunch from Sirena, Gurl6 and Dragonfly as well. Mostly for special occasions.

Try Armidi - (a male hair called "Poynter" looks pretty good on females).

Also I have an ETD called Luth that's nice. But "Poynter" is my favorite.

Try Booperfunk, and there's another one I found, they were at the hair fair and for the life of me can't remember the creator; will post you if I do.

Still Analog Dog. I've got hair from Vixen, Beach Life, and Adam n Eve, as well as a bunch of places with names I can't even remember now (haven't been in-world more than 5 minutes in almost a year) but the look everyone remembers me by involves Analog Dog N-Curls and C-Curls.

Naughty is the only hair that works, other than the Opium style that came with the av.

I like analog dog a lot. I am surprised that my fav is not here...I think its called H2L.

My main criteria these days is that it move and that the prims are fine textured...like hair!

Naughty has some that flow, but also some that just sit there like a log.
