Well, like HoneyBear and LittleMe have said; maybe she has a "secret life" (aka alt account) that she buys for. My alt never made a dime in her life; I bought everything for her. Is your stuff transferable? Maybe she's just sending it over to her alt. Or maybe she is a neko herself, just not a super public one. I don't put everything that I do on my Profile.

That's what I am trying to find out... If this has been like a theme of someone not using copy bot etc.. It's not an accusation of any sort... It's just me wondering..

I too buy quite a bit of other designers items.. and have some that I adore and wear on a regular basis.. I use them as a good bit of inspiration..

In this case there are odd circumstances which throw up a red flag.. Not that someone is shopping which I don't mind at all trust me. But content in her profile, Not being a Neko etc red flags me...

I mean really I don't buy slave related items cause it's not me.. Does that clear it up a bit?

i completely understand your reasons and that situation..i would be Leary in that myself..

it's those that just see a big amount getting bought and start to red flag..
to me that is violating me when i feel me and that designers are exchanging in a very good deal where we i thought would be both walking away smiling..cause if i love a designers work..i buy it all up in most cases so that all i have to do is wait for new releases..

but your situation i can totally understand..

Some stuff is Trans. Some isn't depending on scripting used. Yes it is possible of a secret life as there are many in SL.. lol.... That's why I asked everyones opinion to ease my mind.. Not set off alarms to anyones shopping habits.. Geezzz... The designing thing is kinda new to me since I took a break from it for sometime and that was before copybot issues. I wanted to see if there was a behavoir pattern.. Just a simple question to protect my business and learn from others.. some of you all blowing it up to something more.. chill it's almost the weekend.

i could at any one time spend 20 to 60k on a shopping spree in one store or mall and have many times over..it kind of has me wanting to back away from that now since reading all these red flags are going up or that it may set someone spying on me or worse because i love a designers product and want to buy as much of it as i can..
here i thought people would enjoy someone coming in spending big amounts in their stores and now i find it sets off alarms..
this is good to know..thank you all.

Don't assume the majority are like me. I'm very odd so im told.

It's this line that would bother me. Not that there was nothing to indicate that she was Neko.

I look at her profile and she say's shes a designer and her shop is currently closed and there is indication of her coming out with a "Neko" line of products..

AGAIN.. I have no problem with anyone buying... I'm not sure how many time or different ways I must say that.... Lets say another well known Neko designer was purchasing my items and seeing how I was doing things.. That's fine. In fact flattering.. But this ONE.. Mind you ONE person.. Not all customers.. Not all other designers... Has stuff in profiles etc etc. that can cause red flags.. I simply asked this to see if it was me as paranoid that I was being copied and how others would feel in this instance.. not in every purchase..

Feel free to come buy as much as you'd like at my shop.... I'm not the suspicious type.

Taylor, I wouldn't worry. As someone else said, if she had underhanded motives, she probably would have used an alt. I don't know exactly what you sell, but if say you sell Neko accessories, and she is planning to sell clothing or vice versa, she could be buying things to go with her stuff for display photos.

Listen to your intuition.

That said, this could be completely innocent. Maybe she plans to RP being a Neko along with opening her shop and thought yours was the best stuff out there.

ETA:

(Personally when I find a shop I like, I buy a lot at ONCE, because I will forget about the place later most likely! Sorry but I have a lot of Landmarks, a lot of interests and a lot of things going RL that occupy that 3% of the brain most of us are limited to.

That wasn't to you but to some others who say they get suspicious if anyone buys a lot. That's just how some of us shop.)
