I m a resident almost 3 months….A friend of mine told me about SL

3. How much time do you spend in Second Life? What do you do in world the most? I spend around 2 hours per day. Well, when in world, I wander around, make friends, exploring…

4. How much money do you spend in Second Life? I haven’t spend any money yet, but I m intending to do so very soon…

5. Do you earn money in Second Life? How much and how? No, I don’t earn money yet, I just have made a job application, went through an interview and now I m waiting for their decision (to hire me or not)

6. Do you build anything for the game? No

7. What makes you keep coming back? Well, it’s a great place to be with sooo many people from all around the globe

I've been a resident since April 07. I read an article about Second Life on MSN (had never heard of anything like it and HAD to check it out).

3. How much time do you spend in Second Life? What do you do in world the most?

minimum an hour a day, more on the weekends. I love like music events and have several favorites that i see regularly. I have a carpet store, so I create carpets.

4. How much money do you spend in Second Life?

Not so much anymore.... uploading textures is about it. I have a ton of clothes, things, land and home as well as my store. No need to spend anymore other than tiers and uploading (store covers tiers)

7. What makes you keep coming back?

I like the venue, I like the people, I like the options to do more than chat.

Saw it mentioned in a news article on BBC and thought I woud give it a go, never having been in this type of environment before

between 20-30 hours a week, cut out of my sleep time Mostly a texture drudge for my builderer partner, Fatima Ur (ok ok a name check, shoot me)

almost nothing other than uploads

5. Do you earn money in Second Life? How much and how?
yes - I have 4 sims rented out; my partner has 17 (2 commercial and the rest leased). I pay VAT, she doesn't. Go figure. But we're in the black; I haven't had to buy Lindens for ....ooo... 9 months now

Yes - houses and textures for them

A friend referred me, back in the beta. I've been a resident since March 2003

18-30, towards the upper end

3. How much time do you spend in Second Life? What do you do in world the most?
When I'm not on "sabbatical", I generally spend 1-4 hours a day in SL. I've taken two of my "sabbaticals" though where I'm gone about 6-10 months

US$0, I have a lifetime account. My L$ spending varies, depending on whether I find something I want to buy.

5. Do you earn money in Second Life? How much and how?
Not much, I get my regular weekly stipend, plus I've created a few odds and ends that have wound up generating a steady but small trickle of L$ (maybe L$100-500 a week).

6. Do you build anything for the game?
Yeah, whatever strikes my fancy, really. I'm currently working on an oddball project just because I thought it'd be fun to mess with. That's my MO.

7. What makes you keep coming back?
Friends. Over the years I've made a few close friends, and I like keeping in touch with them and working with them on projects.

3. About 3 hours/week now. I wish it was more. Deal with customers, shop, and play with other residents.
