Hi everyone.
Yesterday I found that I couldn't log in using my main account (kept getting the "your account will not be available until..." message) but I could log in just fine with my alt. My main account was still showing online and I could IM her as if she were still there. Friends have confirmed that they are seeing the same thing too. I eventually found my av floating above the ocean in one of the nautilus sims!
I filed a ticket to LL and received a reply stating that the problem had been resolved and that she had been cleared from the database.
Wellllll...she's still there!
I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled SL ( 4 times now ) but the ghost of my av is still there and I still can't log in!
Has this happened to anyone else?...and what could be causing this? I'm wondering if perhaps an attachment has become corrupted, but have no way of removing anything as I can't log in.
I've reopened the support ticket I issued yesterday and am now waiting for a reply.
If any of my friends/customers are reading this, please don't get upset if I don't reply to your IMs...I'm not really there! My deepest apologies to the owner of the land I'm drifting above as well ( I think I'm caught in their ban lines lol)

Seriously, if you've already filed a ticket to support and they say it's sorted and it isn't file another.

(edit: which you already have done, should read everything I gues)

There's hope for the ghosted AV, but a region restart is probably the quickest/surest way back to mortality. See /327/d9/215364/1.html . Good luck!

That is almost identical to what is happening to me right now! I'll get back on to LL and ask about the prescence date thingy. My alts ok, but I miss Josie! *sniffle*
