How do i change my land back to sole ownership, as apposed to group land!!!! the "SET" button in the group settings is not highlighted so i cannot do it that way.....

Go into your group info land tab and withdraw your land tier donation for that plot. Then, set the land for sale SPECIFICALLY to yourself. Do NOT set it for sale to ANYONE. Then buy the land from the group.

EEK! :eek: Uh, be sure to set the price for L$0 when you sell it to yourself. Otherwise, by default, everybody in the group will share in the proceeds. (That can be changed by manipulating the Abilities of the group's Roles, but... L$0 is all it's worth anyway. ;) )

aaaaargh!! followed your advise and set it for sale BUT when i try to BUY it, up pops a BUFFER OVERUN DETECTED SIGN and the game CRASHES... O.M.G now WHAT!!!

clear cache, relog. if that doesn't work, delete the SL files and reinstall.

Out of curiosity, which viewer version are you using? If it isn't the current production release client, you might want to try that as well.

Thanks Prime Price read all that and seem to have done everything right BUT still crash to desktop with "BUFFER OVERRUN DETECTED" when i click BUY.... support are on the case they blamed yesterdays L$ transfer problems but crashed today..... have even RESET computer to last wed in the hope that would help, uninstalled and re loaded today still cannot BUY MY OWN LAND!! fingers crossed-- Signed "Homeless living in a box"

Problem resolved this morning!!!! Linden Labs have had trouble over the last couple of days, So Scared myself by reading the old threads, L Labs reset parcel and i held my breath an pressed BUY wahoo SORTED..
