can some please tell me how to get rid of my virtual pregnancy. i was in the middle of the "act" when i received a message saying i was pregnant. it also said i need to take a pill if i don't want it. can someone please tell me how i can get this pill

Are you serious? If so, the message was either a joke and nothing to worry about, or you are wearing some sort of attachment or HUD that allows you to get "pregnant."

The only thing I'm aware of that does this is the "Mama Allpa" HUD: https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=1541587

If someone gave you that, just take it off.






EDIT: Actually the Mama Allpa lets you take contraceptive pills before getting preggers, but not after. So it can't be that. It could be a different HUD, but I think it is more likely that someone was playing a joke on you.

You are in a virtual world. You can do anything you want, including ignoring a TEXT box that says you are pregnant. You are not pregnant. You do *not* have to buy anything.

Next time use virtual condoms though.

@OP: SL has any number of attachments designed to add rules to roleplay of different situations. Some will tell you you have lost your soul to a vampire, some will show injuries from combat, and some will tell you you've got pregnant from sex.

How seriously you take them is up to you, but unless you have some special interest in the type of roleplay involved, you are free to ignore them. If you really want to track down this pill, find out which attachment is telling you that you are pregnant. Go to the store where it came from, or IM the creator. They'll probably be delighted to take your money.

However, if you want to get pregnant, i recommend the Mama Allpa hud system. :D

Ignore it. It means nothing, other than trying to trick you into buying something most likely.

(For people who WANT to roleplay being preggers in SL, this type of script makes them happy, but it's roleplay. Your avatar won't begin to swell on its own.)

Sheesh... I was starting to wonder why we're seeing a surge of "I got told I'm pregnant" threads lately. That explains it.

Something tells me this is going to replace Bloodlines on the annoyance meter.
