Hello everyone. I know someone here is going to have the answer. What the heck is going on with my skirts?? No matter what skirt I put on, new, old, new vendor, they all disappear once I put them on. I see the grey long skirt and then when it rezzes, it's gone. If I go into edit appearance mode, the skirt shows up but soon as I'm back out, no skirt. I've cleared my cache and even contacted a couple of clothing vendors. Of those that have replied, the same thing happens to them. What's going on and how can I fix this? I can't wear a lot of things now as a result.

I don't recall the details but the not totally successful solution involves a byzantine ritual and lots of rebaking. _____________________

Here's the bug for it, 173 votes so far, sigh. If you have a skirt that reliably doesn't appear, they would like a comment about it in the bug and your system specs from About/Help.

This happened to me last night with one of my outfits. But only one of them. The rest of the skirts or dresses I tried on before that dance all displayed as they should.

hello - yes its a bug of some sort since the windlight stuff came in

This has happened to me on several occasions. Rebaking the textures has resolved the issue every single time!

all my skirts work (so far).
every skirt i've done this with has had to be rebaked several times while both in appearance mode and out. back and forth, rebake rebake rebake. i admit it took over 10 tries for one skirt. but finally, it worked. i haven't put that one back on, cuz i wore that outfit for about 3 days, but i will to see if it's still operational. keep rebaking in and out of appearance mode.... eventually it will work. persistance pays.  _____________________
