From: Clarissa Lowell Your bird idea made me think of Pavlova - anims like that (swan/ballet) might be a nice option. (Maybe more in the 'doll' line) There is a picture of Pavlola I have seen, where she is curled over on one leg with one leg extended - it probably has a name but my knowledge of ballet is very limited - Her head is down with one arm perhaps also extended toward the leg.. not sure. That one pose has always seemed exemplary to me of the innate grace of ballet dancers.

nods. this is the pose in costume, http://www.theatremuseum.ru/gif/11.jpgand this during rehearsal. can see the position better. http://www.peopleplayuk.org.uk/images/objects/cropped2/300/sch200302101110-011.jpgshe must've been retirement age in that video, but in her prime, people's jaws dropped open, supposedly. hard to find a similarly beautiful ballerina ao in sl actually. in a cage or doll case, would be awesome, i think.

The first one is the one I was thinking of exactly- the second I could not get to open.

I just saw a bird cage type -- it had no door. Two models, one on the floor and one suspended. You get in by sitting there.
