Let’s start a game. I call it figure out who the store owner is that ejected someone for being on busy mode…Hmm. How about a poll abut cheating. Gambling?

On second thought, this is a terrible idea. Let's get away from the negative stuff and have some fun.

How about this? If someone had an excellent experience with someone who posts here, whether commercial or otherwise, post it up. It can be any experience, from using their product, visiting a build they have done, to getting help with a question when you were a newb - anything. Well, anything other than getting naked with them. Let’s keep it PG for at least 15 posts. The purpose is to identify people here who are doing really incredible things in SL.

Prizes? Of course. A Trout Kanji tattoo which hasn’t been released on the market yet because I haven’t opened a shop yet. I’ve made one for a friend which will never be sold, but I can’t guarantee the same for yours. I’ll let you pick the location as long as it isn’t somewhere that I haven’t got the skill to put it, like your head, and a choice of meanings.

Disclaimer – this prize is just for fun. I have no legitimate skills at making anything, so it probably sucks. We play for pride on SL. Legitimate tattoo designers, please stop laughing at me.

First one to identify who the poster I’m about to describe is wins. Guess wrong and you’re out. If you post about a great experience you had, I’ll pick the best one and award a prize to the person you had the experience with. Make sense? You are trying to get the prize awarded to someone else. You don’t have to make it a riddle, just tell us about how awesome someone on here is.

OK – here’s mine. I’ll give hints after each 5 unsuccessful guesses or every so often if people can’t guess. This person is well known here on the forums. I visited this person’s land in SL and was very impressed with this person’s landscaping abilities. This person also owns a store.

Elex. I honestly don't know.

Maggie - incorrect.

New clue - While I was there, I got advice from Buddha. He told me to not eat yellow snow. (OK, I made the actual advice up. I don't remember what he told me).

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Whoops. Nika. I didn't think about that. I think we are recognizing people for something great they have done in SL. I don't think there is a problem with that. Also, this doesn't name anyone as "non-fabulous". It just recognizes fabulous.

At any rate, I made this too easy. Anyone who has not been to the SL Botanical Gardens is missing something truly incredible. It is clearly something she has labored over and poured her love into. I'm serious, go there today. Climb the mountain, take a gondola ride, check out the suspended waterfalls and set your draw distance way out. The view is amazing. It's topping the list of my favorite places.

So Nika wins phase one of the contest. I'll PM you about the prize.

Phase two is open through tomorrow unless Strife says that we can't name names, or unless someone really is upset by this concept, in which case, I'll call it off. I didn't want to divide up the forums or upset anyone.

Let's hear 'em folks. Who is setting the bar way too high for us humble no-accounts?

not gonna make you guess, just gonna tell you who

the person who impressed me the most......

is....

me

yes myself

when I first came to SL I was shy, withdrawn and scared to try new things.

I have made friends, come out of hiding, and hell, even building a city.

I have amazed and impressed myself just by doing what I have done in SL.

So no guessing, just telling ya right out who impressed me the most.

Some people I respect a lot:

The avatar with the gorgeous Prim Pincher Furniture.

The avatar with rental sims gone "Wilde".

The avatar who wears purple and gives selflessly of herself and provides freebies to the masses and makes every sim she touches more attractive and whose initials are Sarah Nerd.
