Hi

I was thinking last days about Zyngo and all I can find.... LINDEN itself is ZYNGO?

Aren`t all kinds of gamling forbidden and Zyngo isn`t different to other "forbidden" gable.

So for me it`s clear LINDEN itself makes money with gambling and violete own TOS.

Linden is Zawhawha? Please say this in a way that makes sense? There is no one Linden, except Linden St. in San Francisco... Linden Lab? Or... The Lindens that "maintain" this "lovely" grid of ours? (o.o)

I see this as a strong contender to the "SLX is a scam" in the weekend-funnies thread competition.
But this thread is definitely this weeks' winner for the evil-conspiracies-exposed competition.

Umm... This is insane..er inane.

Linden Labs approved Zyngo, because it supposedly requires skill. I don't know this for sure, however, because I don't play Zyngo. I also don't play Lindens. So for all I know, yes, Linden could be Zyngo.

I, for one, welcome our Zyngo Linden overlords.

*Disregarding that the OP was ridiculed for their English (the spirit of diversity continues to flourish  )*

The person who bought the land south of me put a casino wayyyyyyy up into the sky. It's being touted - by him - as Linden approved and totally legal. From my gallery I looked down and it looked like rows of slot machines to me, so why would they be legal too?

Oh, for pity's sake.

If you see a casino and you think it is running illegal games, AR it.

End discussion.

They probably use the new $Z which is supposed to translate into either prizes or L$ via a different approach.

Yes, it's still gambling, but it uses the loopholes that Linden Labs gave 'em. This is why the Lindens didn't WANT to clarify the rules..

And no, Linden isn't Zyngo. Nor is Zyngo Linden.

And a JIRA link, woo:

Request for clarification on whether L$ substitutes still violate Linden Lab ban on gambling in SL

$Z? That's not common knowledge currency.

Are these used strictly for gambling as gaming and can be used in different "gambling" locations?

Is Zyngo Linden the Linden in charge of the asset server? Because that's been a bit of a gamble for quite a while now...

It's been tough to get a G-Teamer to comment on 'Pachinko' style workarounds. I've heard quite a few gamers post the question during hours. The typical response has been to simply AR the machines and wait&see. (=_=)

How vague is it to say "You can't use something of value to enter a game of chance in order to win the reward of something else of value"? (=_=)y

Theoretically... A separate economy system COULD be created using wearable no-mod scripted objects that connect to an off-shore "bank" server. As long as the funny-monies system has no ties to L$, LL COULD be free from any legal issues. But... Who would be dumb enough to trust a system like that? (o.o)

I, myself, despise gambling with a passion. I don't even pay my State Stupidity Tax (Lottery). But, to each his/her own... Just stay within the TOS/CS or at least try your darnedest to not get caught. (=_=)y

The title of this post is very Zen. Like, "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" or "If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make a noise?"

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

If a tree falls in the forest and a woman doesn't hear it, is it still the man's fault?

It's always the man's fault, you should know that. And bury all those bear droppings while you're out there, that's a dear. :)

You never see the true FIC, and no trus FIC member woudl admit to being FIC.

...unless of course they tell you they're FIC in order to make you believe they really *aren't* FIC.

...or try to pretend that "FIC" means something completely different and innocuous. ;)

(s'not working, Mari...anyone with that big a Linden Bear collection just HAS to be FIC)

Remember... I *made* a secret decoder ring. ;-)

As for the badge, well, let's just say it was a gift from someone who will remain nameless. Only 'cuz it adds to the mystery.

(WHo is not FIC, if there was such a thing)
