Is anyone else having this problem? I tried both viewers and cleared the cache.It's happening on several skirts.??

I had this problem about a week ago and posted about it. The solution that worked for me at the time was to go back to the old viewer (was 1.18.5 at the time) and rebake. That made the skirt appear. Then when I returned to the RC viewer the mesh skirt reappeared.

That's a known issue on the Windlight clients, but it sounds like you're seeing it on the regular viewer as well. I don't know why that would be.

I've had that - usually with skirts or dresses I haven't worn for some time. I found they would rez after a rebake or two plus a wait. But usually I just put my old jeans of a leotard on instead.

https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-2778 This has an internal bug number as well, but Zen Linden commented earlier this month that it will "be a few weeks" before someone can return to looking at it ... he also advances a theory that this happens during times of high packet loss. If that is NOT your experience, you may wish to post a comment to the bug. It would help them if you posted your system specs (from the client's Help/About screen) in your comment as well. 63 votes and counting Oh and yes, others see your skirt as being gone too |

for the past 2 days I see invisble people..... I will see hte prim attachments, but the avatar is seethrough... and they do not move.. it is the strangest thing.. or, I do not see people at all and they are there...
A friend shoed me a pic she took day before yesterday, there was only half an avatar.. strange things going on in Sl lately. |

Weirdly, invisible avs can usually be made visible by changing your group tag. Once they appear, you can go back to the previous tag if you like...they'll stay visible. _____________________
