Fall Through On Town Boarder

I have seen this is the regular game, what I call "fall through"..In the regular game I live in Odaesan and my property boarders Hallasan,when I go to walk over the boarder I will sink into the ground a bit...if you place a sidewalk between the two towns you will "fall through" the sidewalk...if the walk way is in the air you will just drop right through the walkway to the ground.
In the beta world this appears to be the same,with a little added twist. I placed 2 connecting pieces up in the air,one piece in town of bethel the other joining piece in the town of balance,not only will you "fall through",but it also removed my hair from my head and placed my hair on my knee...I tried this several times both in the air and the results were the same for both 'fall through" and my hair. When staying on the ground,"fall through" is somewhat noticable and again my hair will dissappear off my head and wind up on my knee....
I am not to sure what causes in both the actual game and in the beta for this "fall through" nor in the beta the moving hair.....

The fall through is a different problem. Strife mentioned something about it in a thread the other day. But the hair is a new problem since 1.13. Gearsawe has seen it and I have expririenced it 3 times after teleport. Fortunately I TPed over to see Milo today and my hair ended up on my butt!!!!. It is client side only. I looked normal to him. But I was able to take a photograph and give it to him showing what I looked like. When I changed hair the new hair was correct. When I changed back the first hair stayed wrong for a couple of minutes then corrected itself. Had same experience with wings also on a different occassion.

Must have something to do with the rendering adjustments. We should probably all use the picture feature in the bug report on it.
