Control + click should do it for you.

Welcome to the Mac side!
While *usually* right-clicking on a Mac is done while holding down the Control (ctrl) Key, for reasons far too complicated to go into here (be content that it has to do with user testing, monkeys and a court order), Second Life uses the Command (or clover-leaf/apple) Key to right-click. That being said, I suggest you invest in a rodent of the two-button variety. They can be found in electronic stores, office stores and even Wal-Mart or Target for around $20 US. It will make the transition much better for you. Since you're brand-spankin' new to the 'Computer for the rest of us', you should check out this link. It's Apple's Mac 101 page, packed with lots of good information on how to use a Mac. Also you may want to check out my tips for being a happy Mac user in Second Life. If you have any questions, feel free to track me down in world (Find > People > Brent Linden). Brent ![]() _____________________

Also, as follow-up to the previous reply, you can also check out Apple's newest and smartest mouse at: http://www.apple.com/mightymouse/
If i did not already have a back-up mouse in the supply closet, this mac addict would be heading out to purchase the new mouse. Have fun.... |
