I have a new Macbook Pro and voice features work on other programs such as Skype, etc. But voice chat doesn't seem to work in Second Life. I've tried adjusting the voice and security preferences to no success. Has anybody experienced this or does anybody know how to solve it? Thanks

What happened when you tried to enable chat? Did you see sound levels when you chose the devices, for example? are your devices that you want to use in SL the default devices for your system? |

when you enable voice till try to connect...does it give an error? does the icon on the communicate window for voice chat turn green, stay yellow, turn red? Need to know what actually happens when you try to use it.
are you trying to do this with Skype still running? some people have had problems with that. |
