We, the Loyalists, oppose any transition of power that puts authority into the hands of anyone else except Phillip Linden and his appointed Linden cohorts.
We recognize Phillip and the Linden apparatus as the only legitimate government SL government.
We reject any [and every] form of player-government, excepting advisory committees which have no binding authority.
May Phillip Linden Rule a Thousand Years.

(The Tao Te Ching...I think.)
We don't need any more Government than we have now. I, for one, am quite satisfied with the benevolent corporate dictatorship we currently live under. For all the talk of SL being "another world", it's still a "product", a "service". I would hate to say that my real life is a "product"....

I agree wholeheartedly ! I don't recognise anyone's authority here but the Linden's in any case... Mind you, if a global second life parliament or <insert bureaucratic administrative body of your choice here> were attempted, the potentially ensuing civil war could be a real hoot ( I've nothing against localised experiments in governance though - we might actually learn some lessons for real life social engineering there.... )
