Mature Woman Avatar

I'm considered the 'mother figure' at my business and I thought it'd be fun to have an older woman look!

I don't want to look 87, more like mid-to-late-40s. I'd like it to look normal, not a characature. Anyone know where I can find such a thing?

I'm more than willing to put together the look myself, hair, skin, shape, clothes, but I'm not finding ANYTHING that isn't 'noob' looking.

Do have a look at Brazen Women. That business (full disclosure: it's my best friend's place *grin*) specializes in skins and shapes for women that are quite different from the SL norm - and her line of skins for older women, called Classic Lines, is really spectacular.
