I've posted several times during the past couple of weeks that Linden Estate rentals are badly managed without making clear that the phrase refers solely to the Lindens' management of the mainland as a whole.
At no time was that meant to imply that people who operate land rental empires on the mainland are doing a bad job. My words should've been chosen more carefully so that they didn't offend upright business residents with loads of happy customers.
I apologize for hurting your feelings Prok.

Is Prok banned from the forums, or does she just avoid them now?

From: Cocoanut Cookie What are you talking about, Enabranflaky? I'm talking about not bitching at people for revealing RL personal details when you're guiltiest of all for describing, publicly and in detail, the previously-unknown parenting situation of a certain banned person.

From: Cocoanut Cookie HE is banned. coco I think it's safe to say that anyone and everyone who attended SLCC would not have done so had they wanted to preserve any semblance of gender anonymity. There's no need to insist that Prok is a guy just because she chooses to use a male avatar. She had no problem meeting the 200 or so of us who were there in person, so obviously she doesn't care who knows what sex she is in RL, what she looks like, etc. In addition, by now pictures from the event have long since been posted by numerous news organizations and other community websites. It's hardly a secret at this point that Prok is indeed female. With all that in mind, calling her "he" is kind of insulting to her, wouldn't you think?

Yet again you seem to go out of your way to show off your insensitivity and insulting behaviour Chosen. why don't you stick to graphic advice (which you do fairly well), and leave the province of emotions and humanity to those who know how to deal with it? "Prok" is an avatar, a virutal personality and is MALE, if the RL person behind the avatar is female that's really none of your buisness. Speculating on someones RL details, whether you know them or not is a TOS violation in most situations and completely tasteless in most others. Just becasue you don't understand the concept of personification (and I say that because you have posted to that effect yourself specifically), please don't push your ignorance on others. The only purpose of all this "Prok is a girl" stuff is to humiliate him. Did it ever occur to you that everyone deserves basic human dignity?

Why would being a 'girl' be humiliating, especially to a female?

From: Siggy Romulus Vaginas are weird. What is weird? The hairless ones, the very hairy ones, or the ones that are "mown" into a shape such as a heart or Christmas Tree and then dyed a color to go with the holiday? You must be more specific when you say they are weird. AT least they are better looking that those saggy, floppy things guys have hanging around. A retired general resting on two duffle bags? I have heard it called that once. It was creepy. The mental picture was not pleasing.

I think it's safe to say that if you used that logic to call Kendra Bancroft a "he", you'd be ripe for losing teeth.

From: Gabe Lippmann This is an odd statement. Okay this is not my battle so I am bowing out but my point was... Everyone who has met Prok knows that he acts, walks, talks, like a male (more male than most males IMO), and wishes to be addressed as such. Everyone who knows anything about him knows that it HURTS HIM DEEPLY to be constantly referred to as female, yet you all still do it every chance you get cause you think it's "funny." Maybe it's cause I was the funny little kid at school that was always made fun of or whatever, but IMO it's just not right. You all know your ASSHOLES for doing it, and yet you still do it. I am not going to defend him anymore on this topic but one last time for the record "everyone deserves basic human dignity." (IMO) Think about that and think about how infrequently I have ever used the word "asshole" to get an idea of the depth of my feelings on the subject.
