I've learned my lessons from the best - when you say a couple hours, and everything goes PERFECTLY, then everyone's happy (LL: Hire me to be your down time announcement writer!). If not, you've left yourself wiggle room. Never promise a best case scenario! I'll try to add more drama next time... or maybe I'll just start a thread in General naming every name I've ever wanted to name.  Regards, -Flip

I am disgusted and will be contacting you for compensation for the hypothetical possibility that I suddenly had 300 people wanting to purchase from me in those 5 minutes. I find it appauling that you take your service down with no 3-month lead-in accouncement and that you did not limit the down time to less than 5 minutes. What type of service level is that?
The fact that this has only come to my attention days after the event only makes me fume more!
You are one shady business-person.
