I'm sorry, but I'm calling you out on this one.
Locking users out and going home till Monday = BAD, BAD customer service.
There is no excuse for it. I'm astounded and infuriated by this.
If you lose customers over this, I have zero sympathy for you.
I'm THIS close to selling off and tiering down to free.

If not I really hope LL plans on compensating them in some way for the 4 days they will not be able to access their accounts. Bad Bad customer service...
