Security has been an issue, but I think some of the ideas expressed in the copybot threads/blog might further this project faster. The DMCA doesn't prevent being able to just copy the content, but it does help protect abuse of the content. With the ideas to encode owner rights into objects and images, these can be copied and still protect the content from abuse.

Woot... one problem solved (even in the midst of mayhem).
