So what you are saying is that something is broken? Perhaps you might have put this in....oh, I don't know, maybe a tech section of some sort? And perhaps maybe give it a nice handy dandy useful title like, dont read this because it has no redeeming value what so ever. Just another rant post. Hardly, it's a heartfelt suggestion. Anyone displeased to that level of anger really does need to piss off. It's just stupid to keep rewarding (i.e. paying) a business if thier service bothers you to that extent. Even if the problem is, as in this case, not that businesses fault.

It really wasn't my intent. I was just suprised at the magnatude of the emotional response to a connection issue. The one thing that came to mind was, his solution really is quite simply to piss off.
