*sigh* I'm an SL addict - I've been trying to cut back a bit - not log in at home after work, but when you are in world all day, 5 days a week, cutting back is a relative term.
And Lisse, is there such a thing as warwalking? some of us don't drive!

I can't seem to get away from SL long enough to meet my RL responsibilities. I'm going broke and hungry. Soon I may be on the streets warwalking with my laptop asking people for handouts just to pay my tier fees. Oh woe is me. Can someone please tell me where I can check into SL detox? If by addicted you mean that I log in when I get home after my long Tuesday work day (13 hours) before going to bed for my early (8 hours later) start to my Wednesday work day... guilty.
If you mean I just turn the computer on for a quick check of my emails before I get in the shower and 3 hours later I am sat there wondering why I'm not clean after 2 showers and a hot tub in SL guilty. I you mean I have got up and moved around IRL to ease the cramp of kneeling too long in SL, guilty. If you mean by addicted that when my modem blew up and it was 39 long, painful hours before the engineer could fix it and I had withdrawal symptoms and twitches, guilty. I had to cut back my addiction when I went back to work after 3 glorious summer months off, all in SL. But then I had a week's holiday and was back to the wild hours. 15h a day was not uncommon.
